Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Redline Pest Control ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services from Redline Pest Control, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services or website at www.redline-pest.com.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, scheduling services, signing a service agreement, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Redline Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services in the Phoenix Metro area, including Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler, Mesa, San Tan Valley, and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, general pest control, termite treatment, rodent control, and related services. All services are performed by licensed pest control professionals in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.
3. Service Agreement and Cancellation Policy
You, the customer, may cancel this transaction anytime prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction by giving written notice of cancellation to Redline Pest Control. If for any reason, at any time, the contract is canceled before its completion, and the initial service has been performed, customer agrees to pay the amount of $150. Upon completion of this agreement treatments will continue at the same frequency until canceled by the customer.
Written notice of cancellation may be sent to: davin@redline-pest.com or mailed to our business address. Cancellations made after the three business day period may be subject to the early termination fee described above.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Redline Pest Control accepts major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service. Returned checks or declined payments may result in additional fees. Accounts that are past due may be subject to collection actions and you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees.
5. Service Platform — FieldRoutes
Redline Pest Control uses FieldRoutes (fieldroutes.com), a third-party service management platform, to manage scheduling, billing, customer accounts, and service records. By using our services, you acknowledge that certain information related to your account and service history may be stored and processed through the FieldRoutes platform. FieldRoutes is subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy, available at fieldroutes.com/terms-of-service. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of FieldRoutes. Your use of the customer portal provided by FieldRoutes is subject to their terms and conditions. Redline Pest Control does not sell or share your personal information with FieldRoutes for marketing purposes beyond what is required to manage your pest control service account.
6. SMS Communications
SMS Communications — Redline Pest Control: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Redline Pest Control, including appointment reminders, service updates, promotions, and account notifications. 7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling services. You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have access to the property and all areas requiring treatment on the scheduled service date. You agree to follow any pre-service preparation instructions provided by Redline Pest Control. Failure to follow preparation instructions or provide access may result in reduced effectiveness of treatment or additional charges for a return visit.
8. Warranty and Re-Service Policy
We stand behind the quality of our pest control services. If you experience a recurrence of the treated pest between regularly scheduled service visits, contact us and we will schedule a complimentary re-service visit. This warranty applies only to active service agreements and does not cover pest issues resulting from new infestations introduced after treatment, conditions outside our control, or failure to follow our preparation or aftercare instructions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Redline Pest Control's liability for any claim arising from services performed shall be limited to the cost of those services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage beyond what is directly caused by our negligence, or personal injury not caused by our gross negligence.
10. Chemical Safety and Disclosure
All pest control products used by Redline Pest Control are EPA-registered and applied in accordance with their labeled directions by licensed applicators. You will be informed of any re-entry intervals or safety precautions required after treatment. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for any products used are available upon request. You agree to disclose any known sensitivities, health conditions, or special circumstances that may affect treatment choices prior to service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
12. Changes to Terms
Redline Pest Control reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website at www.redline-pest.com/terms-and-conditions. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
